Kya Riley- Flim Analysis

This scene was comes off as a very important part of the movie. In this scene the Gladiator reviles who is to the empire by showing his face and telling his name. Also this scene shows how the crowed is infatuated with him. The scene is also intense part of the movie, you can tell by the expression on the characters faces. The director Ridley Scott shows this by using a close up shots on the actors faces so you can actually see intense. The music/sound also played a major part in the scene, without the music you wouldn’t get the effect of honor that the director was trying to give. Also the sound demanded you to pay attention to the scene. Without the setting and costumes you wouldn’t have the movie. Ridley Scott set the movie in 1400A.D during the gladiator time pired he use the coutums to put you back in that time pired.
